Welcome to Prayer and Notes. We are honored to be a part of your spiritual journey. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and services related to prayer writing, sharing, journaling, and Bible reading.
By creating an account or using our app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
Prayer and Notes provides a platform for users to:
- Draft and store personal prayers.
- Share prayers with the community or specific groups.
- Maintain a private spiritual journal.
- Access and read the Holy Bible.
2. Account Tiers and Limitations
To ensure the sustainability of our platform, we offer two levels of access:
- Standard (Non-Paid) Account: Allows you to access all core features but includes a limit on the total number of prayers and journal entries you can create.
- Premium Account: Removes creation limits and provides an enhanced experience.
Note on Upgrading: We are currently hard at work building an integrated billing system. At this time, online payments are coming soon. To upgrade to a Premium Account today, please contact the developer directly through the “Contact Support” section in the app settings.
3. User Content & Conduct
You own the content you create (prayers and journals). However, by sharing a prayer publicly, you grant us a license to display that content to other users within the app.
Community Guidelines:
- Respect: This is a sacred space. Harassment, hate speech, or defamatory content will result in immediate account termination.
- Privacy: Do not share sensitive personal information about others without their explicit consent in public prayer requests.
- Authenticity: Use the app for its intended spiritual purposes.
4. Privacy and Security
Your journals are private by default inside the group you create. You control who is added to the group. We employ industry-standard encryption to protect your reflections. We do not sell your personal data or the contents of your prayers to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
The Bible translations, app design, logos, and software are the property of Prayer and Notes or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary code or assets without permission.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, change the limits for non-paid accounts, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification.
7. Limitation of Liability
Prayer and Notes is provided “as is.” While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for any loss of data or emotional distress resulting from service interruptions or the use of the platform.
